Our Real Estate Team also has a commercial property sub team which deals with leasehold purchases and sales of business premises; lease renewals; grants of new leases; freehold purchases and sales; option agreements; deeds of easement; promotion agreements; company acquisitions (in conjunction with the Corporate Team); commercial refinances; licences to assign; subleases; development work, both buying sites for development and after development setting up plot sales and finally agricultural and rural business.

We also have a French Property team, which can advise on all aspects of buying and selling a property in France including English and French wills and succession planning; gifts of French property; estate administration and foreign assets; French property assets on divorce; French property related services; UK tax considerations on selling a French property/having a French property investment and UK tax obligations when living in France.
